About us
To the west of Bourges, after having taken over the cereal farm from their parents, Antoine and Yves Lestourgie decided in 1994 to launch a viticultural challenge with the production of Quincy, the first Controlled Designation of Origin in the Loire Valley region in 1936. 26 years later, the Domaine de Chevilly cultivates 13ha30 including 12ha30 in AOC Quincy (100% Sauvignon Blanc) and 1ha in AOC Reuilly Gris (100% Pinot Gris). Over the years, Florence and Géraldine, respective wives of Antoine and Yves, have come to enrich the family estate with their skills to produce 4 cuvées: 2 AOC Quincy cuvées and 2 AOC Reuilly Gris and Rouge cuvées.
The Unicorn
The Domaine de Chevilly has a long-rooted history in France. On the banks of the Arnon river, the hamlet of Chevilly boasts a Renaissance mansion that housed the Lestourgie family for two centuries. Our ancestors lived there throughout all of the upheavals faced by our country, from the revolution to the creation of the French Republic. The Unicorn, that is depicted on our labels and various communication documents, adopts the graphic originating from the family crest. The latter is a symbol of our identity that depicts two unicorns, a ram and a blackbird are enthroned, is a distinctive sign that has been established for several generations. Today, building on this tradition, we strive to guide our estate towards modernity to the delight of lovers of Quincy and Reuilly.

Our Commitment
Produce while respecting our land
We are committed to an approach that respects the environment. We strive to promote and preserve biodiversity by modifying our practices such as weeding our vines mechanically. Our environmental attitude has further allowed us to enhance the natural areas within our agricultural plots. This environmentally conscious commitment was rewarded by a High Environmental Value (HVE) certification that we received in 2019, which meets the needs of farms engaged in approaches that are highly respectful of biodiversity. This accreditation is based on environmental performance indicators relating to biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy and fertilisation management. The agricultural world has become aware of what is at stake because we are closest to the ecosystems.

Quincy
The Golden Unicorn 2022
We harvested grapes full of sugar with freshness. The mild nights of the last few weeks have thus offered beautiful thermal amplitudes, revealing a higher acid and aromatic potential than last year. This brings a nice structure and consistency to the Quincy with a very interesting sugar/acidity balance. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruits are essential before leaving the make way for a beautiful variation of citrus fruits.
Perfect as an aperitif and also accompanies grilled fish or fish in sauce, seafood, exotic dishes and goat cheeses. Ideal serving temperatures: between 10 and 12°C.
Why not give one or more bottles to your loved ones as a gift?

Quincy
La Licorne d'Or - The Golden Unicorn
2024
The typical, refreshing bouquet, which opens with broom, boxwood and fresh grass, evolves towards fruity aromas (citrus, pear). The palate confirms the invigorating profile of the nose. The fresh citrus register expresses itself unreservedly, supported by a fine acidity that provides the tension typical of Quincy.
This wine is perfect as an aperitif and can accompany grilled fish or fish in sauce, seafood, exotic cuisine and goat’s cheese. Don’t forget potato cake, a speciality of Berry.
Ideal serving temperature: between 10 and 12 °C.
Quincy
Cuvée Zoé 2024
The aromas are beautifully intense, fresh, distinctive, and very pleasant, with dominant fruity notes (apricot, lychee, etc.). The richness and liveliness combine harmoniously on the palate, ending with a lovely long fruity and spicy finish. As is the case every year, the Cuvée Zoé will begin to reveal itself this fall and will be perfect for Christmas.
Perfect for starting a meal with tangy salads and continuing with grilled fish or fish in sauce, white meats, exotic dishes, all lightly spiced and hard aged cheeses (Comté aged 18 months)
Ideal serving temperature: between 10 and 12°C.

Yellow to soft rosé in colour, this delicate spring bouquet has the face of a delicacy. The palate is so elegant, light and dense at the same time. Flavours of fresh citrus and white fruit are supported by a lovely, invigorating acidity.
A well-balanced, straightforward wine!
Perfect to start a meal with salads, followed by grilled fish or fish in sauce, exotic dishes or accompany desserts such as a strawberry tart or grapefruit crumble.
However, it can further be enjoyed with friends at the end of the day!
Ideal serving temperatures: between 10 and 12 °C.
Reuilly Gris
La Licorne Grise - The Gray Unicorn
2024
Reuilly Rouge
La Licorne Rouge - The Red Unicorn
2024
This Reuilly Rouge La Licorne Rouge has a ruby color and aromas of red berries, dominated by cherry, with supple and well-balanced tannins.
The nose asserts its character as soon as it is opened, revealing a beautiful complementarity between aromas of fresh leather and notes of red fruit. There are expressive flavors of black berries and spices. The finish, enhanced by a beautiful acidity, still needs to mellow. It expresses itself on the cherry pit.
A beautifully evolving vintage!
Reuilly Rouge goes well with aperitifs (Pâté Berrichon), starters (charcuterie, poultry and mushroom pies), dishes (simmered meat, duck breast) and cheeses. But it can also be enjoyed with friends at the end of the day around an aperitif board!
Ideal serving temperature: between 14 and 16°C.
